BEWARE MT PLEASANT – 240 m runway & not more
October 17th, 2008Oh Sh#t, I missed:
This is a short story of the Maiden Landing on Mount Pleasant Runway: - 06. 24.
Bernard McDonald, my son in law, has a number of trading stores in the Transkei, near the Haven Hotel. The family, including Tracy my daughter and their two beautiful kids (who of coarse take after their grandfather, live here in port Edward.
Where is this going; well the travelling by road to and from Mount Pleasant, takes up to five and a half hours one way, and as many people know, driving in the Transkei can be quite daunting. How best to address the need to travel to the business, while at the same time reducing the risk of road travel, and have fun doing it!!
